Meaning what is your title? Supervisor, manager or just a team lead but, If you have the authority then you need to pull them in a room and re-iterate the work ethnics within the business you work for. If that doesn’t work then take the next step and inform your boss or HR for that matter. File a harassment against them. That will get them to stop.
