GIRLFRIEND DO BEHIND CLOSED DOORS NO ONE ELSE AT WORK WANTS TO HEAR THAT AND THEY OFTEN COMPLIAN BUT SHE THINKS IT’S FUNNY I HATE IT & I’M THE ONE IN CHARGE THEY ALSO IGNORE ME WHEN I SAY TONE IT DOWN WITH THE PROFANITY NEXT STEP IS TO TAKE IT TO MY BOSS SORRY BUT I HAVE TO

    I am not sure how much authority you have over the two women. Meaning what is your title? Supervisor, manager or just a team lead but, If you have the authority then you need to pull them in a room and re-iterate the work ethnics within the business you work for. If that doesn’t work then take the next step and inform your boss or HR for that matter. File a harassment against them. That will get them to stop.
