And yes, i do give better upgrades to people that are polite and make funny conversation. People who look at me to kiss their ass will get no sympathy from me. I don't care if your back hurts and you HAVE to have a first floor room. If you're going to be rude about it or demand it like its a right, then i'm not going to go out of my way to accomidate you. Too bad sucka! What guests don't realize is that we're not being paid big bucks by any means. its just another minimum wage job. so don't treat me like ya deserve my lips on your ass. It's not gonna happen and in fact, i'll go out of my way to make sure that i can't do a damn thing for you if you say one unkind word to me. I mean that i will dig deeper for an accaptable reason that i can't do something than to actually do it for you. No discounts or suites for you buddy! My heart goes out to you friend for having to put up with it. But most of all for the fact that we can't say what we want. Or else we wouldn't be working there anymore.
