if it was in the contract like that when he was hired, then he’s sol, but when you play on the edge, some times you fall.
Truth: If it really mattered that much to him, he would have never taken even the chance of screwing up his family. If he needs a CDL for work and he is driving drunk then I hope for my kids sake he never and I mean NEVER drives again. I would say never drink again but he has already proven he can not handle that.
