We’ve only seen each other twice before i lost my virginity to him. He’s not like a huge creep or anything who you might expect to be at a rave but hes actually very nice even though he used to have a rough life.
Anyways is it normal that i just lost my virginity to a guy 8 years older than me?? ..does that make me sound like a whore?lol

Honestly, don’t worry about his age in the least! It doesn’t matter now, and it certainly won’t matter ten years from now when you think about this. It happened, and even if he had rough life experiences at least you lost your virginity to an experienced guy. Don’t worry. you aren’t a whore in the least, hun.
You know what.. 10 years from now, it WILL matter. I’m 27. When I was 16-17 I was with guys that were much older than me – looking back, its sick and wrong. For someone 25 to be interested in someone 17, there is a serious disconnect in mental capacity. When I was 25, I could not FATHOM myself being with someone that young, because its just plain wrong. I regret being stupid and impressionable, even though I can’t change it. Don’t delude yourselves into thinking age is just a number because you’re too young to know what you’re talking about. Na, age doesn’t matter as long as everyone is ready … long as things feel right. Love and attachment are other qualities which don’t necessarily go along with sex.
I don’t think that all because he’s 8 years older than you is a problem. Something that to me might be a small problem( if you even want to call it that) is that you only seen him twice before you had sex with him. Me personaly i don’t think that its a problem, but to others it may seem like you are.
Jenn; I’m taking it you’re female and couldn’t imagine yourself dating a younger male due to “maturity” as such?
Females mature far earlier than males, so of course, as a 25y.o woman you feel sick thinking about dating a 17y.o “boy” because they’re so much less mature.
Megan; you’re not a whore, I’m 19 and my bf is 29, we met when i was 16 & he was 26 and have been together 2 and a half years and I’m 5 months pregnant with our first child, age really is just a number, if anyone thinks it’s wrong, tell them to get screwed if you’re happy, then what else matters? :)
You’re just dumb. You’re lucky it actually worked out for you. Age isn’t just a number. You’re having a kid now. I hope your kid one day doesn’t get raped. It would be sad that it would have to take that for you to see what is what.

Females mature faster than men sexually/physically. Mentally, all genders mature at the same rate.
Age dosn’t matter, MY parents are 16 years apart in age. (My dad is older.)
