I’m getting payed by my boss to keep quiet. It kind of a unspoken thing, but it’s clear that’s what the money is for. I have sex with him to get the money to help my family.
He’s 39. I’m 16.
I’m so sorry, but I’m already broken from the years of abuse. What one more thing?

Press charges on the b*stard asap and take him to the cleaners. Get proof that he’s doing this to you. And as a survivor of very serious abuse myself, get help so this doesn’t become a pattern in your life!! Good luck, little sister!
You have something that he wants and he has something you want, money.
You must not let him take advantage of you like this, because you are under financial pressure… You have sexual autonomy. This is like rape.

I agree, you are 16 and no matter what he is commenting a crime. He should be in jail. Your family can get money and/or help other ways.
16 is legal consent in most states. What is she going to tell? That she is having a relationship at work? And that she receives more money then the rest of the employees? Is this girl helpless? She knows what she is doing.
Stop having sex with him. Blackmail his sorry ass. Money will keep coming and you don’t have to let him touch you again.

She’s 16. That’s statutory rape. She could sue for sexual harrassment for the simple fact that he’s her boss. She could embarrass him in a thousand ways.

Check your states law of consent. You will find out the age in most states is 16. There are a few states that are lower. One is at 14.
“Everyone is jealous because I make so much money” HOW does everyone know you make ‘so much money’? If you were discreet about it, no one would know. Sounds like your flaunting it or advertising it. Otherwise, only your Boss and you would know.
What he is doing is unethical, however, you are allowing it. If it bothers you so much, quit. There is no price on peace of mind. There is also no shame in explaining to your family that he expected a lot more from you than normal work.. If they love you, they’d want you safe. If they despise you, then they just wanted your money.. so are they worth it in the end?
I can’t quit. I’m helping pay bills and put food on the table.
You guys can have your opinions, but I can’t stop working. I’m not flaunting what I do, that’s horrible to say. Why would I be happy about what’s happening? I feel horrible, everyday.
Empty – can you talk to a counselor at school? I feel horrible for you, but it’s not hopeless. You have options here. And you really can sue him – find out how and your money problems will be over for years. His business has insurance that has to pay for his misconduct… And he deserves it. Find out what evidence you need to nail his sorry ass to the wall. Then get it. Take back the power he’s stealing from you.
Sweetie please tell some one he’s a ****** looser and he’s taking advantage of you’re age and innocence ! I’m now 36 and when I was 15 I went through a very similar situation. I black mailed the looser and never told ! I forever felt used ! I know this is real life and the money is NEEDED !!!!! I completely understand but sweetie please find another way . Something legal that does not require you to compromise your dignity and sanity ! Report him if you want ! Give me a break. She is 16 not 12. She knows what she is doing and can stop anytime she wants. All it takes is the word no. Then she can do something about it if it continues.

You know if you were an adult, I would say “do what you want”, but girlie you are 16, and in a few years from now you will be a completely different person. Don’t do something you will regret. Now, on his part, this is very wrong, he is way too old – he knows EXACTLY what could happen to him if he is caught. Don’t look at the act itself, but look at the fact that he is NOT a good person and probably not someone you would choose to sleep with. If he is someone that you would consider being in a relationship with, then maybe it’s ok- people seem to forget that young girls would marry older men all the time not so long ago.

How can this be rape? She is 16. Check with your local laws. Most are 16 for consent. A couple of states are down to 14. So there is no statutory rape.
