Find a quite place. Empty your mind of all thought (this will prove tough)
Sit straight against the wall, get comfortable, take one deep breath through your nose and fill your lungs as full as they get get, and hold your breath for 5 full seconds before letting your breath out through your mouth pursing your lips to force back pressure into your lungs.
