You try as hard as you can, but you don’t….Hmmm, I think you’ve said it all there.
Life is all about balance. I’m not suggesting Big isn’t Beautiful but what about the health implications? Are you living your life to the full or are you being held back?
A Mother’s love know’s no bounds. She will love you and support you regardless of size, sex or situation but that doesn’t mean her word is king. Maybe thinking for yourself will help be the start of new things for yourself, not just physically but more importantly, emotionally. Confidence is Key and happiness is the most important thing in life – I suggest you find something to make you happy.
Even though I’m a boy I know how you feel, since I seem to be the only ‘non-perfect’ boy in my school when it comes to size. The thing is, like S said, it’s just about a bit of balance, but don’t do anything rash like starve yourself, remember, ‘the ideal size’ isn’t always best, and no matter what don’t let anyone make you feel like you aren’t beautiful, I’m sure you really are. After all, tis like my gf says; ‘even if someone is big, it just means there’s more to love and cuddle’.
I lost weight by eliminating all flour; pasta, breads, cookies, tortilla chips, ect…I eat everything else…I never go hungrey and try to eat low sugar…it’s the only diet I’ve been successful at…everytime I regret not having bread; I remember I CAN have everything else and it helps me stay on track…I used to be a size 16; I’m now a size 10…I’m 5’8″.
