Talk to a counsellor,or friend and come to terms with it. Try to find out the real truths as to what made you cheat in the first place. Telling her will change everything and once you've told her, you'll never be able to take it back. The truth can hurt much more than the lies. I know. We need to spend that time thanking God for already forgiving us. As long and you humbled your heart before God and asked for forgiveness by him, he throws it into the sea of forgetfullness. You'll always feel guilty when you think of it, but until you let it go and let God then you'll never experience true peace.
