I torment them and beat the shit out of them. I dangle them by their tails, their legs, their scruffs. I throw them up in the air. I flick their heads. I soak them. What I do is disgusting. And then I cry. I think that’s why I do it. I don’t know what to do. I love them so much and they don’t deserve any of this.

If you can’t be loving to your animals all the time, you should find a home for them. They deserve to be treated with love.
Cats are like that, really. You shouldn’t hurt them.
how would you feel if your close someone does the same to you? but yet, insisting that they love you?

Are you into animal abusive in your OWN home??? these animals have feelings too just like you. do you have any problems on controlling your anger??? because you said once your cats ignore you, you turn to an evil person to your pets…. don’t turn your anger or other ill feelings to these cats.
do you know why the ignore you, because they are mad,they have feelings too. its not enough that you cry after doing what you do,they dont understand it, but they feel all the hurt you are causing. cats are not like dogs, one day they will run away, they are not as loyal as dogs, but if you are kind to them they are the best friends. try therapy, its best for your mental and emotional health.

Get help and find a new home for your cats. Its not fair to your cats. If you dont do it now the thought of abuse tourds your cats will haunt you for the rest of your life
if you really want 2 stop hurting them and if you really love ur pets, you’ll STOP HURTING THEM!! or u must give them 2 a better home. try getting a dog, they’ll LOVE u and wouldnt wanna LEAVE u!
Wow! This is the most emotionally disturbing confession I have read. You need to seek help and if need be, inflict pain upon yourself but, not on your animals. You are a sick sick person that deserves the same torture in return. Set the cats free you pathetic freak!
I recommend you to search for some kind of recipe (in internet maybe) to help with your health, it seems to me that you’ve got serious mental disorder. Immediate treatment is required, that’s for sure.
i did somethings like you mention before…i was just like i couldn’t help it…i felt totally vindicated at the time b/c they were disobeying me…i feel guilt to this day…i love my cats and i have not hurt them since shortly after we got them 4 years ago…i am now trying to give them the best life possible…they are very well adapted, sociable, and loving and don’t suffer any permanent physical damage but I’m sure emotionally there are parts of them that still remember…

Humans are complicated and the way we react to things around varies immensely. Only someone who was very hurt themselves would inflict pain upon other things around them. It is a very normal response to the taught behavior of violence to be violent. It seems you have a very standard abusive streak, but it doesn’t make you a bad person. You need to find some self control, and remember, it’s sad to hurt a cat, but better a cat than a child or another person.
Violence is a sad thing, it often turns a victim into a perpetrator.
