Just remember that looking at stuff is not as bad as doing stuff. Never allow yourself to do anything based on what you are looking at. Maybe you will just eventually get tired of looking at it and just stop. Maybe.

If it’s legal pornography then, although I don’t agree with pornography, I would say that we all have sexual impulses and looking at legal pornography is really not the worst thing you can do.
If it’s making you feel guilty then you need to look at why you feel guilty. Often people feel guilty for looking at porn because people tell them it’s wrong and they’ve been told that from a young age.

If it’s illegal pornography or videos such as someone being beaten against their consent, someone being raped or sexually assaulted, someone being forced to do something they don’t want to do, or pornography involving children (child sexual abuse and/or rape) then you do need to stop.

To stop I recommend you get counselling.

If it’s none of these things but you still feel you need to stop I still suggest you talk to someone.

Talking to a professional such as a counsellor or psychiatrist can really help control compulsive actions. It’s probably better to come clean with a professional and get help than to keep going on like this.
