I’m tired of babies mammas…

That use the child as ransom. I pay my child support and keep in contact with my daughter at least twice a week on the phone (since she lives 1800 miles away from me). So why when I show up in town ( a trip that was booked 6 months ago) do you keep me from seeing my daughter? People say go to the courts…but every time I have gone to court, they say “There is nothing they can do”. Whats the point in fighting and paying all these attorney costs, if the courts won’t even follow up on their rulings? Courts are ways to make money, and definitely side on the mothers 99.9% of the time. :(

    I’m so sorry :( I hate mothers who do this to good dads. She will get hers in the end don’t worry. & when your daughter is older you can explain EVERYTHING to her.

    When you go see her take a copy of the divorce decree with you and when you go over there call the cops first and while the cops are there ring the doorbell. You will get to see your daughter or she will goto jail

    I know how you feel , i have a boyfriend that i have been with for 5 years, he pays 400 dollars in child support a month and has never even seen the child, because he lives in texas and we are in fl. we talk about trying to find him all the time, but it is useless he is underage and their is nothing we can do, without an attorney. Also since recession, my boyfriend has a degree but only can find a job selling tools, he brings in 450 every 2 week because of child support payments and they say they can take more if he keeps asking for it reduced. Also did i mention that the bitch he bred with is drawing it from 2 states(child support) ya, he pays back child support because he didnt even know about the child till he was 3 so their making him pay for that, and the monthly child support. yay. and the bitch he had the kid with is like 300 pounds now living on welfare with out a job. he was married for 7 years before me and had a kid with her, ( the first one he was only 16, and she was 23!!!)<<and why is that bitch not in jail?! my BF's mother tried pressing charges but apparently it's okay for you to have sex with a 16 year old when your 23 these days. OH and my bfs parents where wealthy back then too, so i think she used him to get preg cause she knew she could get lots of child support from him. Anyways His now ex-wife, with his 9 year old who now lives on the other side of the country, sense she cant get her money every month because were literally living on bread and ramen noodles because we cant afford the house we have rented for the past 4 years unless we do, she will not let my bf even talk to his son, and is filling his head full of " your father does not care what happens to you he cant even call" even though he tries almost every day and she will not answer. HOW IS THIS RIGHT!?
