i constantly have dreams where my brother and i are in a sexual situation. it disgusts me but i dont know why i have them

    well, have you heard the complex of Edipo or Elektra? In those, you are “in love” with your mom or dad. That “love” includes getting hot thinking of them. Maybe, what happens is that you’re in that situation just with your brother.
