Bad Two Days

I came across someone’s instagram last night who I found extremely attractive, has the body I’m working toward. Reading his posts, he sounded so depressed. The whole thing set me off in a few ways: Sad for him, sad about my body, lonely. I privately messaged him something encouraging. I don’t expect him to respond (he hasn’t yet) and I don’t need him to.

I’m tired of feeling inferior to other guys and I’m tired of being alone.

  1. Come on Man!!! Start feeling better about yourself. You have to remain consistent with exercise. Dont sit around whinging about on the computer.
