  1. I can feel you :( But Just don’t give up and understand that you don’t need to be lonely all the time you need to find your happiness or what makes you happy <3

  2. I know oh too well when you’re happy you want to be in that moment forever. But when you’re by yourself your thoughts drown you with depressing questions memories traumas etc. Just know you’re not alone and there are people who truly understands you and loves you. There are people like us who are build to be sensitive to life’s problems. We need to cope and find healthy ways to treat it. I find talking about my problems help relieve a lot of stress. Remember your mistakes or hurting yourself doesn’t define you. You’re never alone and you’re loved. Good luck!

  3. Yes, please relate it to caring, mature people and seek professional help. Do not be ashame to ask for help, it is a reasponsible action. I have to cope with depression also and sought professional help.

  4. Talk to someone. But I do know it can be hard finding someone who is willing to listen and not be judgmental. But they are out there. You have to get that off your chest or it will eat you alive.

  5. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this. Remember that no matter how it feels, you’re never truly alone. There are people who care about you, even if your depression blinds you from seeing it.
Depression is a totally treatable illness. Please speak with your parents about this. Even if you don’t want to tell them the specific details, tell them that you’ve been really low lately and want to see your doctor.
When you see the doctor (or psychologist/therapist, if you decide to go right to the source), tell them the truth about how you’re feeling. They’ll be able to help you. Tell them that you think you might have depression; they will likely give you a little questionnaire to fill out.
Once that’s all taken care of, the doctor will refer you to a specialist (likely a psychologist or psychiatrist). Once you tell them about how you’re feeling, they will be able to help you.
Please don’t keep hiding this. Depression is hard enough as it is; it will only be harder on yourself if you try to keep this a secret, too.
I know that this is extremely hard to go through, but remember that you aren’t alone, even if you may feel like it at times. You don’t have to feel this way. Please go tell somebody.
Also, if you feel like you won’t be able to tell or might back out last minute, try writing down how you’re feeling and giving it to the person. That way, you won’t be able to back out of telling them, and it won’t be as nerve wracking as it might for you to try to talk to them about it.
    Yes, you should tell.

  6. You’re not alone, I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I to this day still feel alone but, it helps to go and talk to people. I may not know your situation but, I do know you’re not alone even if you think you are.

  7. Please call your doctor at once and let him know what is going on with you. Your doctor will assist you with both issues. Therapy will likely also help you a lot. Take care and let us know how things turns out.

  8. Yes, definitely you should tell. Depression can be treated, therapy works, medication can make a huge difference.
