well, i don’t know the background on why you are slowly getting insane but look around you, specifically, the less fortunate ones. every day they a valid reason on why they should be insane, but still they are holding on. be organize, list all the things you want to accomplish. then slowly prepare yourself. love yourself.
a wise person once said if you think youre going insane, youre not. Nobody else has the right to fall apart, regardless of the situation. You dont either. Violence is just en expression. Learn to cope and youll be fine.
i releished it when i was driving myself insane of course every case is enormously individual in the different factors and personal feelings towards the prediciment but if i can offer my 2 cents, enjoy it, relish this rush of walking this enlightening path you find yourself on. this chance to stare purely powerfully aggressive madness right in the face with the clear as can be mental powers you still possess to look into the duality of life to feel both sides recognize morals for what they are but also have that entoxicating sense of the unhinibited self
If you are afraid you will harm someone please seek help. It is not a weak man/woman who seeks help, but a strong one who can admit they need it. You will be okay.

it could be just a slight chemical or hormonal imbalance. see a psychaitrist. could be the answer. my memory took a hard hit. tests were done and they found i needed thyroid meds. had it not been caught, i might have lost all my memory. please seek help before it is too late. it could change your life in a very great way.
