the only problem is he makes me almost physically sick by the way he looks. i hate kissing him, and i hate going anywhere in public with him.
i was never shallow before i met him. what the hell is wrong with me. he’s really a great guy.

LOOKS AREN’T EVERYTHING TRY TO FIND OUT WHY HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT HIS APPEARANCE ANYMORE BETS OF LUCK DON’T GIVE UP ON HIM
It may be true that looks aren’t everything, HOWEVER, they play a significant role. If you don’t enjoy kissing him/or public outtings, that can get you down. Feeling bad about any aspect of ones relationship, Especialy an aspect you can NEVER change is something I myself would not be able to live with.
Why not ask him directly. Tell him you do not like his looks maybe he will change it. But have you ever heard the song entitled: love me for what i am? He would probably feel the same like the lyrics of that song.
