I just got out of the same thing...married for 12 years and 2 kids later!!! Please take a step back and really think about this. I know for a FACT his family will never change. I wonder if he has talked bad about you to them, which mine did behind my back. Just please save yourself the wasted years and the heartbreak of your future children....If you have ANY doubt don't do it....I am 38 years old, 2 kids, divorced, and lonely. Make sure what you do feels right or don't do it. Please! Please! Take a break and get away for some alone time. Just to think and evaluate. The question is do you love him enough that you are willing to live your life with this man knowing he has anger issues and verbal aggression which could turn to physical aggression if it hasn’t already? Not to mention the down talking he does to you that make you feel "stupid"? That is not expectable in my eyes. Good Luck!
