You are not alone, nadie nunca esta completamente solo, siempre hay alguien que nos cuida. (nobody is never completely alone, there is always someone who cares)and there is always something or someone for wake up. :)
You poor thing! I’ve got so many good things going on in my life that I wish that I never had waste my valuable time just sleeping. Wake up and live!!!
Just a thought…did you ever think of volunteering in a hospital or childrens home or animal protective league, old folks home ? There are alot of people and animals that need help. My point, if you help someone else, it helps you. It really does. Try.
I think all of us have felt like this at some point in our lives. I know that I feel this way at the moment, I have my reasons and I’m sure you do too. It’s wierd though because if I was suddenly diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, I know I would want to fight to live. You may not feel it now but life will get better – it has to. Sometimes you’ve got to fight for yourself because it’s only you who can pull yourself out of the darkness. Good luck and remember, even the people who appear to be happy, successful and content on the outside (people like me) are often not.
Stay awake! keep living. your life is another one of those precious gifts. get involved, yiou have a purpose and all you need to do is find your passion. why you were put here and live it out. If your on this earth you have a purpose. if you are breathing then God and others around you obviously saw you worthy enough to exist. think joyful thoughts there is so much good. let it out weigh the bad
Know the feeling all too well. Think of the positive thing that’s gone from your life that now makes you want to die. It will come again. Perhaps in a different form or a way you didn’t see coming, but it’s out there, and it’s coming your way. You just have to be patient enough to get to it. Be brave. It’s worth it.
when you think sad, unhappy thoughts, stop. instead think of what you have that others don’t. your eyesight. your hearing. my friend had a stroke last month and lost her memory, eyesight, and affected some of her muscular control. you can see smiles, blue and pink skies, green grass and leaves, playful kittens, gifted children, acts of kindness and love. mom used to sing a song with the lyrics “accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative” happiness is there. it is a state of mind. take control. do not let negative thoughts control you. believe in yourself.
