Tell them…let them, and you, have that time to say all that needs to be said. You may be surprised by their support.
You’re not as alone as you feel. We are all connected and death is something we shall all face eventually.

Hey. You’re not alone in this at all. I don’t know who you are but you’re kinda special. You should tell your family, you’ll be surprised at how much support you’ll get. The only thing that matters is that when you die that you’re surrounded by people that love you.
